REAL ESTATE  The firm's real estate practice is transactional in nature and focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing of both commercial and residential real estate throughout the State of Florida. The firm handles short sales and assists clients with mortgage modifications and other refinancings. The firm also handles 1031 tax-free exchanges, condominium and land sales registrations, and due diligence associated with large scale commercial real estate transactions. The firm also acts as local and/or Florida counsel to a variety of out-of-state firms needing Florida title/closing/escrow agent services. Firm clients include a variety of national, regional, and local lenders, developers, investors, real estate companies, not-for-profit organizations, private equity firms, and vulture/opportunity funds.
