Mrs. Salgado Grondin is Special Counsel to The Elias Law Firm, PLLC. She is a transactional attorney practicing in the areas of financing, international, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions law. Prior to joining The Elias Law Firm, PLLC as Special Counsel, Mrs. Salgado Grondin worked as an attorney for Holland & Knight LLP in the Financial Services department representing multiple financial institutions in connection with the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured credit transactions. She also has experience in general corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers, as well as stock purchase and asset acquisitions. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Salgado Grondin was an auditor for Arthur Andersen, LLP. Mrs. Salgado Grondin earned a B.A. in Accounting magna cum laude from Florida International University. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) in the State of Illinois. She earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law where she was a three-year recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Florida MPLE Scholarship and was the recipient of the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for Evidence and Legal Research and Writing. Mrs. Salgado Grondin is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar. She was named by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. She is fluent in Spanish. |
