Paul Haralson is Litigation Counsel to The Elias Law Firm, PLLC. With over 21 years of commercial litigation experience, Paul Haralson has represented clients in many different forms of business related disputes, including corporate control litigation, real estate title and foreclosure matters, employment law and in the collection of debts. These representations have occurred in different venues, including Federal and State Courts, administrative boards and arbitration forums. Beyond litigating in those forums, Mr. Haralson has assisted numerous clients in pre-suit counseling with the goal of either avoiding litigation or positioning the client to minimize the risks of litigation once a suit is commenced. Mr. Haralson began his legal career practicing in the litigation section at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, one of the largest law firms in the world. After five years at Morgan Lewis, Mr. Haralson associated with Rasco, Reininger & Perez and became a partner specializing in handling complex commercial litigation matters for local businesses of all sizes. After seven years with Rasco Reininger, Mr. Haralson formed Bermudez, Haralson & Tomé (later Haralson & Tomé) where his practice again focused on representing the litigation related needs of businesses of all sizes, ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Haralson received his B.A. from Fairfield University in Fairfield Connecticut in 1986 and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1989 with his J.D. In addition to being admitted to the Bar for the State of Florida, Mr. Haralson is admitted to practice in United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida; United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Bankruptcy Bar for the Unites States Southern District of Florida.
